Bestehend aus 1 Zimmer mit Schlafnische, Küche, Bad und Flur (siehe Fotos)
660 EUR Miete
All inklusive Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet
600 EUR Kaution
Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben, du hast also alles da, was man so täglich braucht. Achtung, die Fotos dienen zur Orientierung, persönliche Sachen und Elektronik räume ich weg.
Schön wäre es, wenn du deine eigene Bettdecke/einen Schlafsack mitbringen kannst.
(Bettzeug ist aber vorhanden).

I am offering the room with furniture and amenities included, so you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pictures should give you a rough idea, my personal belongings and electronics will be removed.
I recommend to bring your own sleeping bag or blanket (sheets are available).

Supermärkte (LIDL, Edeka, ALDI) und weitere Läden (z.B. Rossmann, Apotheke, Sparkasse) sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
