Liebe Leute, wir vermieten eine möblierte Einzimmerwohnung in Moabit vom 6.7.-15.8. (ein kürzerer Zeitraum oder ein paar Tage länger sind auch möglich).
Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit seperater Küche (40 Quadratmeter) im 4. Stock im Hinterhaus in der Beusselstraße. Sie ist gut bewohnbar durch eine Person, ein Paar ginge auch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe zur Turmstraße, dort findet sich alles: Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr.
Zur Ringbahn Haltestelle S Bahn Beusselstraße läuft man 8 Minuten, Bushaltestellen mit vielen Verbindungen sind zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt 620 Euro pro Monat. ACHTUNG: Es gibt kein Internet in der Wohunng, darum müsst ihr euch selbst kümmern.

The flat has a separate kitchen, is 40 square metres large and on the 4th floor in a house in the yard in the Beusselstraße. It is suitable for one person, a couple would also be possible.
The flat is very close to Turmstraße, where you will find everything: cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and much more.
The Ringbahn stop S-Bahn Beusselstraße is an 8-minute walk away, bus stops with many connections are a two-minute walk away.
The rent is 620 euros per month. ATTENTION: There is no internet in the apartment, you have to take care of that yourself.
