Ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom Dienstag 11. Juni bis Dienstag 9.Juli 2024.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 43 m² groß und besteht aus einem lichtdurchfluteten großen Raum, der in eine offene Küche mit Tresen, Wohnbereich mit Couch sowie Arbeits- und Schlafbereich unterteilt ist.

Durch die drei großen Fenster Richtung Süden, ist die Wohnung sehr hell.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein ca 4 QM Balkon mit Liege und Kräuterbeet.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Es gibt ein großes Sofa mit Rolltisch und einem Studio-Hintergund.
Im Schlafbereich begrüßt dich ein bequemes 1,40m breites Bett mit einem frei schwenkbarem TV, (mit welchem man auch vom Sofa aus Filme und Serien schauen kann.) Optional kannst du bei kalten Tage die Heizung aufdrehen oder im wenn es dir zu warm wird den großen Ventilator nutzen.


Der Arbeitsbereich besteht aus 2 großen Tischen.
Ein Schreibtisch mit 27” 4k-Monitor und ein ergonomischer Drehstuhl bieten einen ordentlichen Platz fürs Home Office.
Der zweite Schreibtisch ist mit einem professionellen Video-Call Setup ausgestattet, welcher auch genutzt werden kann.
Für schnelle und einfallsreiche Ideen, stehen dann noch große Whiteboards zur Verfügung.

In der Küche befindet sich eine Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten (Herd mit Backofen, Spüle, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Kühltruhe, Besteck, Tassen, Teller, Töpfen und Stabmixer ist vorhanden und was man sonst noch zum Kochen braucht).

Der Eingangsbereich ist an den Wänden mit diversen Bildern und Souvenirs von meinen Reisen in aller Welt verziert.
Des weiteren gibt es aber auch noch einen großen Spiegel, sowie die Möglichkeit, all deine Jacken und Shirts auf einer langen Kleiderstange zu verstauen.

Im Bad findest du einen großen Spiegel, eine Waschmaschine mit Schnellwaschprogramm, sowie eine Badewanne für entspanntes Abschalten oder eine kurze Dusche.


Ein Wäscheständer, Fön, sowie Bettdecken, Kissen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Ansonsten kannst du dich gerne an der Pull-Bar, am Balance Board oder auf der Yoga Matte testen oder einfach mit der Highspeed Leitung im Internet surfen.

I am renting my apartment from Tuesday 11th of June to Tuesday 9th of July, 2024.

The apartment is approx. 43 m² and consists of a light-flooded large room, which is divided into an open kitchen with counter, living area with couch as well as working and sleeping area.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the three large south-facing windows.
The apartment has a balcony of approx. 4 sqm with sun lounger and herb bed.

The apartment is fully furnished.
There is a large sofa with a rolling table and a studio background.
In the sleeping area you are welcomed by a comfortable 1.40m wide bed with a freely swiveling TV, (with which you can also watch movies and series from the sofa.) Optionally, you can turn on the heating on cold days or use the large fan if it gets too warm for you.


The work area consists of 2 large tables.
A desk with a 27" 4k monitor and an ergonomic swivel chair provide a decent space for a home office.
The second desk is equipped with a professional video call setup, which can also be used.
Large whiteboards are also available for quick and imaginative ideas.

In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen with electrical appliances (stove with oven, sink, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, cutlery, cups, plates, pots and pans, hand blender and everything else you need for cooking).

The walls of the entrance area are decorated with various pictures and souvenirs from my travels around the world.
There is also a large mirror and the possibility to store all your jackets and shirts on a long clothes rail.

In the bathroom, you will find a large mirror, a washing machine with a quick wash program and a bathtub for relaxing or taking a quick shower.


A clothes horse, hairdryer, comforters, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
Otherwise you can test yourself at the pull bar, on the balance board or on the yoga mat or simply surf the internet with the highspeed connection.
