Hinter dem Haus ist ein Park, bis Tiergarten und Spree sind 2 Minuten per pedes. S-Bahn "Bellevue" ist in der Nähe, der Berlin-Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Bus in 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Sehr gern schließen wir einen Mietvertrag mit einem Unternehmen oder Krankenhaus, wo man für Mitarbeiter oder Gäste eine Wohnung mit Möbel braucht.
