Ein Ort zum Wohnen und Arbeiten für zeitgenössische bildende Künstler
Der Open Call richtet sich an zeitgenössische Künstler, die im Bereich Malerei, Bildhauerei, Installation, Multimedia, Film, Fotografie, Performance oder auch fachübergreifend arbeiten.
Alter, Gender, Nationalität und sexuelle Orientierung spielen keine Rolle.
SCOPE BLN bietet ein Artist-in-Residence Programm, das eine Plattform für interdisziplinäre Künstler und Kulturschaffende zur Verfügung stellt, ihre Arbeiten zu präsentieren, dadurch eine größere Aufmerksamkeit zu gewinnen und ihre Netzwerke in Berlin aufzubauen.
Wir bieten ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit zwei weiteren Künstlern und einen eigenen Studioraum.
Wir suchen jemanden, der aufgeschlossen und gesellschaftlich ist und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre von anderen schätzen und respektieren kann.
SCOPE BLN befindet sich in einem Altbau in Berlin-Moabit. Das Wohnhaus liegt zwischen den U-Bahn Stationen der U9 Turmstraße und Birkenstraße.
Die WG hat eine Größe von 120 qm.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 25 qm. groß und vollmöbliert. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine Küche und einen Gemeinschaftsraum, die von allen Mitbewohnern geteilt werden.
Dein Studio befindet sich im Souterrain und ist 17 qm groß. Es ist mit einem großen Arbeitstisch und Regalen ausgestattet. An jeder Wand sind Stromanschlüsse installiert und der Bodenbelag eignet sich für die künstlerische Arbeit. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein großes Spülbecken.
Die Miete für ein Zimmer und ein Studio mit allen Nebenkosten und Internet ist 800 Euro/Monat.
Verfügbarkeit ab sofort für einen Mindestzeitraum von sechs Monaten
Haustiere und Rauchen ist in den Wohn- und Arbeitsräumen untersagt

SCOPE BLN has an artist-in-residence program which provides an open platform for multidisciplinary artists and cultural practitioners to showcase their work, gain wider recognition and expand their professional network in Berlin.
We offer a room in a shared flat with two other artists and a personal studio.
The perfect resident is:
A professional who is working in the fields of contemporary painting, sculpture, installation, multimedia, film, photography, performance or multidisciplinary forms without any restrictions on age, gender, race or sexual orientation.
We are looking for someone who is open-minded and social and at the same time tolerant and respectful toward the personal space of others.
SCOPE BLN is located in Berlin-Moabit in a Altbau. It is between U9 Turmstraße and U9 Birkenstraße.
The shared flat has 120 sq.m.
The room of about 25 sq.m. is fully furnished. The apartment has 2 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen and a common area.
The studio is located on the ground floor of the building and it is 17 sq.m. It offers a large work table. shelves, electrical outlets on each wall and practical flooring convenient for work. There is also a large working sink.
The rent for both - the room and the studio is 800 euros.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin-Moabit und ist gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden (U-Bahn und Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie große Supermärkte und kleine Feinkostläden, Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und mehr sind in fünf Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
The flat is located in Berlin-Moabit, well connected with public transports (metro Turmstraße and busses). In a 5 minutes walk distance it is possible to find groceries (from small shop to bigger supermarkets), as well as cafes, bars, restaurants, etc.
