da mein derzeiger Untermieter gerne früher ausziehen möchte da er ein neues Studium in einer anderen Stadt anfängt suche ich vom 01.06-31.03 (ggf auch länger) einen Untermieter für meine Wohnung. Es gibt ein 140x200 Bett, Schreibtisch und Kommode für Kleidung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Kühlschrank+Waschmaschine) und das Bad ist mit Dusche. Die Bilder sind leider nicht 100% aktuell, aus Privatsphäre meines UM möchte ich diese auch nicht veröffentlichen. Weitere Infos sende ich sehr gerne auf Anfrage, bitte schreib ein paar Sätze über Dich. Besichtigungen würde ich gerne nächste Woche oder Online vereinbaren, es handelt sich um eine EG Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhaus.

Since my current subtenantwould like to move out earlier, I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment from 06.02 - 31.03 . There is a 140x200 bed, desk and chest of drawers for clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped ( inkl. fridge+washing machine, plates, cups, pans) and the bathroom has a shower. Unfortunately, the pictures are not 100% up-to-date, for the privacy of my tenant I do not want to publish them. I am happy to send more information on request, please write a few sentences about yourself. I would like to arrange viewings next week or online anytime in the evening, it is a ground floor apartment in a very quiet back building.
