Hello everybody!
My 35sqm cozy studio apartment will be free to sublet on March 26 to April 16 (3 weeks) perfect period for vacations in Berlin. Please write to me only if these dates suit you for the entire period!
My flat is very well located in Schillerkiez, steps from the U8 Leinestr and the famous Tempelhoferfeld. It is very quiet and has a small balcony that overlooks the interior patio. The area is filled with cute restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as supermarkets and shops. I am looking for someone calm, who takes care of my space and is responsible, non smoker and no party animal. The flat is equipped with all the necessary for a pleasant stay. The rent for the whole period is €500 for 1 person and 600€ for 2 people and covers wifi and the rest of the bills. I would ask for a €200 security deposit that will be reimburse if everything is clean and ok. Registration or Anmeldung is not possible. If you need more information and pics please contact me.
