Hallo,
ich suche eine Zwischenmieter*in für meine gemütliche Einraumwohnung. Sie ist sonnig und hat alles was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Toaster, Herd, Dusche, Staubsauger, großes Bett. Da die Fenster alle nach Süden gehen und die Wohnung im obersten Stock ist, kann es im Sommer heiß in der Wohnung werden (Fenster vschließen und Vorhänge zu, hilft jedoch).

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten vom Tempelhofer Feld und 3 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahn (U8) entfernt. In der Gegend gibt es viele Kneipen, Restaurants, Cafés, Kinos, ..., trotzdem ist es ruhig.

Achtung: Ich habe kein W-LAN. Es gibt aber einen 50 GB Hotspot. Wenn ihr sehr viel im Internet seid, ist das nicht geeignet.

Ich lebe selbst vegan und möchte nicht, dass Fleisch in meiner Wohnung zubereitet wird. Danke für euer Verständnis.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 1.100 Euro für zwei Monate.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for my cozy one-room apartment. It is sunny and has everything you need: washing machine, toaster, stove, shower, large bed. Since the windows all face south and the apartment is on the top floor, it can get hot in the apartment in summer (but closing the windows and using the thick curtains helps a lot).

The flat is located 3 minutes from Tempelhofer Feld and 3 minutes from the nearest subway (U8). In the area there are many pubs, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, ..., yet it is quiet.

Attention: I don't have Wi-Fi. But there is a 50GB hotspot. If you're on the internet a lot, that is not for you.

I live vegan myself and don't want meat to be prepared in my apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

The rent is 1,100 Euro in total for 2 months.
