Subletting my small apartment while I'm abroad.
The apartment fits 1 person or a couple and is also dog friendly. It has a a small kitchen area, big bed (180x200), sofa bed, height adustable desk, TV, dresser and a full bathroom with washer/dryer. Its located on the fifth floor without an elevator so you can skip the gym ;)
I'll be gone for 8 weeks and would like to sublet for the whole period as it will be hard to arrange the key delivery otherwise. I am flexible with the end date +/- 1 week.
It's located in Neukölln, specifically Reuterkiez. The closest Ubahn is U7/U8 Hermannplatz and there is a Bus station right in front of the house.
Parking is free in the area, I usually find a spot within a 3-5minute walking radius.
Plenty of supermarkets around: Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka. There's also street markets in the area every day of the week for fresh fruit/ vegetables and second hand shopping.
