Welcome to my cozy flat in Weserstraße. It's small but has everything you need - even a dishwasher :). The flat is super bright, you get sunlight from the morning to the afternoon. The flat is in the "Seitenflügel", so quite calm and no noise from busy Weserstraße. You look at a beautiful chestnut tree and some lovely balkonies. You'll have enough space to store your clothes and the most important stuff but please recognize that there is no basement available.

You're in the middle of Neukölln. The next subway station is U7 Rathaus Neukölln 9 minutes walk away. There are several bus stations right around the corner. By bike you just need 10 minutes to Kreuzberg and 15 minutes to Friedrichshain. The street is full of cafés, bars, galleries and second-hand-shops - it's very easy to feel comfortable. You have a small park and the canal in 3 minutes walk.
