ich bin im Mai und Juni verreist und würde meine gemütliche gar nicht mal so kleine Einzimmerwohnung an eine:n nette:n Zwischenmieter:in vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat alles was das Herz begehrt: Spülmaschine, Waschmachine, einen riesigen Kühlschrank, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch.. und oben drauf noch ruhige und nette Nachbar:innen :)
Es gibt ein großes geräumiges Wohn-/Arbeits-/Schlafzimmer und eine nicht ganz so große, aber sehr gemütliche separate Küche.

I am travelling in mai and june and would like to rent out my cosy, quite spacious one-room flat to a nice temporary tenant.
The flat is fully furnished and has everything you could wish for: dishwasher, washing machine, a huge fridge, a height-adjustable desk... and on top of that quiet and nice neighbours :)
It has a large, spacious combined living/study/bedroom and a not quite as large, but very cosy separate kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Reuterkiez aka Kreuzkölln. Direkt vor der Haustür habt ihr das volle Berliner Angebot mit gemütlichen Cafes, Restaurants, schickn Bars, Eckkneipen und dank Neukölln auch fast schockierend günstige Falafel.
Supermärkte (Edeka, LIDL, Aldi, Penny) sind in allen Ricthungen direkt um die Ecke.
U7 Hermannplatz und U8 Schönleinstraße sind 6 Minuten zu Fuß.

The flat is located in the centre of Reuterkiez aka Kreuzkölln. Right on the doorstep you have the full spectrum of Berlin with cosy cafés, restaurants, chic bars, corner pubs and, thanks to Neukölln, almost shockingly cheap falafel.
Supermarkets (Edeka, LIDL, Aldi, Penny) are just around the corner.
U7 Hermannplatz and U8 Schönleinstraße are a 6-minute walk away.
Da ich die Wohnung zum ersten Mal untervermiete, würde ich mich sehr freuen über eine nette und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die wilde Feiern nur außerhalb der Wohnung plant :)
Also schreibt doch gerne kurz was zu euch und was euch ins schöne Berlin bringt.
