Subletting my lovely Neukölln flat for about a month. It's a two-story, top-floor apartment in the back of a fairly quiet building -- it's on a busy street, but being in the back helps cut the noise. The bottom floor has the living area, kitchen and a private balcony, the top has the bedroom, bathroom and access to a shared roof terrace. It's an open-ish floorplan, making it feel spacious for its size. Radiant floor heating makes it cozy in the depths of winter.
I'm gone December 18 to January 21. Dates may be flexible, but it's €1650 for the full 31 days with all utilities included + a €300 euro refundable deposit. I'll also ask that you have the apartment cleaned before my return (€35 with my cleaning woman).
