Apartment
As I'll be away for Christmas, I am subrenting my cozy 1-room apartment for this period:
20.12.23 - 28.12.23
The apartment is situated in the backyard building close to Maybachufer, which is why it's very calm but close to a lot of nice bars, cafes and shops in Reuterkiez.
There is a separate kitchen, bathroom and shower and a big living room with wooden floors.
A small balcony from the living room is facing the backyard.
The apartment is fully equipped & you are welcome to use my sheets, towels and kitchen utensils.
The flat is heated with a coal oven and electric heating, which makes a cozy warmth but needs a bit efford to heat up.
Everything needed for fire making is stored in the apartment.
I'm only subletting to one person or a couple and would prefer someone calm, who is up for taking care of my plants.
