Alt bau sunny 1 room apartment in Rixdorf. Apartment is sunny as it faces south. We have a beautiful shared garden for communal use and plenty of space for bikes. The apartment is situated in the heart of Neukölln in the old bohemian village of Rixdorf.
Nearby you find lots of good restaurants, both high end and good value amazing schawarma/falafel spots. There is a veggie market on Karl Marx platz x2 per week. Good access to both the S and U bahn, also nice bars in the vicinity but the apartment is in the back building so is nice and quiet.
I'm looking for someone who looks after the space, a non smoker and someone who keeps the party out of the apartment

Alt bau sonnige 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Rixdorf. Die Wohnung ist sonnig, da sie nach Süden ausgerichtet ist. Wir haben einen schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und viel Platz für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Neukölln im alten böhmischen Dorf Rixdorf.
In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, sowohl gehobene als auch preiswerte, erstaunliche Schawarma/Falafel-Lokale. Es gibt einen Gemüsemarkt auf Karl Marx Platz x2 pro Woche. Guter Zugang zu den S-und U-Bahnen, auch nette Bars in der Nähe, aber die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus so ist schön und ruhig.
Ich suche jemanden, der sich um den Wohnung kümmert, einen Nichtraucher und jemanden, der die Party aus der Wohnung heraushält.
