Klassische, vor wenigen Jahren sanierte Altbauwohnung. Hohe Decken, Stuck, Dielen... Sie besteht aus kleinem Duschbad, Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Zimmern in denen man schlafen kann. Ein größeres, das gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer ist und ein kleineres, in dem man es sich richtig dunkel machen kann.
Typical old building, Berlin-style, high ceiling, wooden floor etc... was overall renovated a few years ago, so it's very nice and comfortable. It has a small bathroom, a kitchen with possibility of sitting together (not too many people though) and two rooms to sleep in. One is big and bright and functions usually as livingroom and the other one smaller and ideal for sleeping as you can make it very dark to be able to sleep long.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist trotzdem sehr nah am Hermannplatz, von wo aus man mit zwei U-Bahnen und unzähligen Bussen in alle Richtungen Berlins gut angebunden ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hermannplatz befindet sich die mittlerweile weltbekannte Weserstraße mit ihren vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafes. Gleich neben der Wohnung befindet sich außerdem einer der Eingänge in die Hasenheide. Das bietet sich super an um Freund*innen zu treffen, laufen oder spazieren zu gehen und kurz mal ein bisschen frische Luft fern des Großstadtverkehrs zu schnuppern.
The flat is located in a calm and relaxed street. At the same time it is only a jump away from Hermannplatz, where you have the U7 and U8 (also loads of busses) that will bring you everywhere you want. It's not far also from Weserstraße where you have many cafes and bars. Next to the flat you have the entrance to Hasenheide, which allows you to meet friends or go for a walk or running in the park.
