hi everyone!
I am renting my one bedroom flat for a period of 2 months, from the 25th of January to the 25th of March. move in and out dates are flexible, possible extension.
the flat is located in the heart of Neukölln, in Reuterkiez. It is located walking distance from the supermarket, canal, parks, cafés and bars. it is located in a quiet street so you're quite protected from the noise.
Closest U-Bahn is Rathaus Neukölln, 12 mins walk.
it's on a Hochparterre which means it gets enough light and faces the street. the flat is fully furnished and has high ceilings and old wooden floor.
I am looking for a person/couple who would like to take of the flat while they stay, including the plants and respecting the neighbours. The neighbours are quite sensitive about music and loud noise so please consider is not a party flat neither a place to blast music.
I am renting the place for the whole period, not weekly or nightly so please consider this before applying <3
if things work out well, there is a chance to sublet the flat longterm later on from June.
