Hi there :)
I'm subletting my apartment for a month from the 5th of February to the 4th of March. The apartment has one relatively small room, a balcony, a separate kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. It has a cozy atmosphere and fits perfectly if you're looking for a place to feel home and bright since it's on the fourth floor and faces the sun.
Since it's open to the Hinterhof it's quiet. From the apartment you can make two minutes walk to the canal for a walk or running...
On the other hand we've got a couple of plants in the apartment and on the balcony, so perhaps they help you relax while you keep them happy if that's something you appreciate. :)
The apartment is situated in a residential area not far from the city centre. And you've got public transport, supermarkets, cafes, parks all within minutes reach.
If you know how to cycle, I could leave my bike for you to use during your stay. :)
