We’re happy to sublet our apartment for 4 months - called the bean (holiday feeling with view into the green guaranteed). The bean is fully equipped; a bedroom and kitchen area, bathtub and washing machine as well as turbo wifi. On the balcony you can also enjoy amazing evenings. Suitable for relaxed and cool people (1 or a couple), who could also water the plants every now and then.

Unsere Wohnung - die Bohne gibt ein kleines Urlaubsfeeling mit Blick ins Grüne. Sie steht etwa 4 Monate zur Verfügung und ist voll ausgestattet; eine Schlaf- und Küchennische, Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie turbo Wifi. Auf dem Balkon lassen sich die Abende auch super genießen. Geeignet für entspannte und coole Menschen (1 oder Paar), die ab und an auch die Pflänzchen gießen könnten.

10 minute walk to Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station.
4 minute walk to the M41 bus which goes all the way to Hauptbahnhof and the Ring
Edeka, aldi and more shopping also available in the direction of Baumschulenweg station.
Nice green area and a canal near the apartment for going on walks or simply having a pleasant look without traffic.
Available mostly between 11:00 and 17:00.
Since the apartment will furnished with our things, we'd like to get to know you before making a decision deciding to welcome you into the bean.
We prefer non smokers and while partying is definitely ok, we don't want things getting to crazy, so please don't bring your parties to the bean.
