I'm looking to sublet my cozy room in a 1-room flat from May 31-June 18 while I'm away. It's the perfect opportunity for someone who needs a comfortable place to stay for a few days and explore the city. Think of it as visiting a friend's house without the friend being around :D
The room has a little balcony, a tv, a big comfortable bed and dining table. There's WIFI and a dish washer available too. It sleeps up to two people. The price is 50 Euros per night, per person. If you can stay the full time we can discuss a better price.
I will obviously leave my things in the flat as I'm only away for a short time but you will have plenty of room for your things. I'm looking for someone who will respect my belongings and privacy during their stay.
It's located in Neukölln with a 5 min walk from Tempelhofer Feld, and a 5 min walk to U8 which gets you around nice and easy. The area is called Schillerkiez, with a lovely market on Saturdays.
