Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und gibt es in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1100€, wir werden einen Untermietsvertrag unterschreiben, ein früherer Auszug ist nicht vorgesehen und die Kaution in Höhe von 800€ wird für diesen Fall einbehalten.

I will sublet my beautiful, large one-room apartment for the period August 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025 (with an expected extension until April 30, 2025). The apartment is 63sqm, very light-flooded and is located directly on Britzer Damm, 2 minutes by bus to S+U Hermannstr., or 8 minutes on foot; and even 10 minutes on foot to U7 Grenzallee station.
The apartment has a large kitchen with all necessary appliances, a spacious bathroom with shower and there are many shops nearby.
The total rent is 1100€, we will sign a sublease agreement, an earlier payout is not planned and the deposit of 800€ will be retained in this case.
