I rent my cozy 2 rooms apartment for 4 months below. It is spacious, fully furnished and equipped. The rental price includes W-land, gas and electricity.
It is a perfect couple apartment for Wg unfortunately unsuitable. It is nicely quiet here in Hinterhof, friendly schoener Kiez, green and yet shopping facilities, pubs, bars and restaurants are reached in less than 6 minutes on foot.
You have great neighbors and neighborhoods here.
In true interest, a visit is also possible.

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung für 4 Monate unter. Sie ist geräumig geschnitten, voll Möbiliert und ausgestattet. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet W-land, Gas und Strom.
Es ist eine Perfekte Pärchen Wohnung für Wg leider ungeeignet. Es ist hier schön ruhig in Hinterhof, freundlicher schoener Kiez, Grün und trotzdem sind Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Oeffies, Bars und Restaurants in weniger als 6 min zu Fuss erreicht.
Man hat hier super liebe Nachbarn und Nachbarschaft.
Bei wahrem Interesse ist auch eine Besichtigung moeglich.
