I rent my apartment as I found a new apartment for 1.6.
Please do not ask me if the apartment can be taken over, unfortunately it is not in my hand and I am sure the apartment will be rented much more expensive afterwards.

The deadline is flexible if you want to move in later.

As I buy new furniture for my new apartment, I rent the apartment furnished.
The apartment is beautiful and extremely quiet. It is located in the back house and has a bright, about 20m^2 room with trees and a schoolyard. In the kitchen you can sit comfortably.

I can offer sightseeing on the weekend.
My landlord will need a copy/scan of your ID and possibly. Detection of income.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter, da ich zum 1.6. eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe.
Bitte fragt mich nicht, ob die Wohnung übernommen werden kann, das liegt leider nicht in meiner Hand und ich bin sicher, die Wohnung wird danach sehr viel teurer vermietet.

Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, falls ihr später einziehen möchtet.

Da ich neue Möbel für meine neue Wohnung kaufe, vermiete ich die Wohnung möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist schön und extrem ruhig. Sie liegt im Hinterhaus und hat ein helles, ca. 20m^2 großes Zimmer mit Blick auf Bäume und einen Schulhof. In der Küche kann man gemütlich sitzen.

Besichtigungen kann ich jetzt am Wochenende anbieten.
Mein Vermieter wird eine Kopie / Scan eures Ausweises benötigen und evtl. Nachweise über Einkünfte.
