The flat is located in the popular Reuterstraße, there are a lot of bars and galleries arround. Everything that you need is just arround the corner. The flat is in the backyard, so there’s no noise from the street. Here are some basics about the flat:
- please contact me only if you want to stay the entire time (September to March)
- The rent (310/month) includes gas, electricity, internet flat and telephon!
- 500 Euro caution
- VERY IMPORTANT: The toilet is outside, you can lock it and it’s used just by you, not by other people. Please make sure that you can live with that before you contact me!
