Hallo,

ich habe eine wunderschöne und vollmöblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon im Neuköllner Flughafenkiez für ungefähr sechs Monate abzugeben, genauer Zeitrahmen ist flexibel!
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am schönen Boddinplatz im 3. OG mit Westbalkon über Baumwipfeln und hat 40qm Wohnfläche, bestehend aus einem Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur. Sie hat Ost/West-Ausrichtung, die Küche mit Fenstern zeigt gen Osten, und am Nachmittag und Abend scheint die Sonne dann aus Westen in das Zimmer, an dem sich auch ein kleiner Balkon befindet.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, dass heißt alles Nötige ist bereits vor Ort. Konkret bedeutet das, das in der Küche neben Esstisch samt Stühlen eine komplette und hochwertige Küchenzeile zu finden ist, mitsamt Herd, modernem Ofen, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank samt Gefrierfach und viel Staufläche in den Regalen. Im Bad gibt es neben Duschkabine und Waschbecken + Spiegel auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer hat Doppelbett (140x200cm), ein offenes Regalsystem, Sofa samt Couchtischen, ein kleinen weiteres Regal und den besagten Balkon. Abschließend sei noch kurz die Diele erwähnt, mit Ganzkörperspiegel, Kleiderhaken und Schuhregal samt kleiner Ablage ist das Wichtigste auch hier enthalten ;).

Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell und wirklich schön und stillvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist größtenteils neu und die Wohnung ist nach gerade erfolgter Sanierung ebenfalls in absolutem Neuzustand (Wände, Decken, Böden, etc.). Zusätzlich ist auch ein Keller dabei, wenn was abgestellt werden muss. Und ein Lift entledigt Lauffaulen den Aufstieg ;). Mit dabei sind ebenfalls alle nötigen Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser etc. .

Die Wohnung ist ab sofort für ein knappes halbes Jahr zu vermieten, wobei der genaue Zeitraum flexibel ist und auch noch gemeinsam abgesprochen werden kann. In der Miete von 460 Euro sind alle Kosten bereits enthalten, also Strom, Heizung, weitere Betriebskosten und Internet.

Hi, have to give away a fantastic and fully furnished flat for approx. half a year, exact dates can be dealed together!

The flat is in a beautiful part of Neukölln, the Flughafen-Kiez, close to the former Kindl- Brewery-Building. Means, it´s a absolutely beautfiful area, being quiet on the one hand and totally close to a lot of lively areas like Karl-Marx-Straße and Hermannstraße on the other hand. And not to forget the great new Tempelhofer Park ;). In direct neigbhourhood you have fast access to the important subway lines U8 (station Boddinstraße, north-south-connection) and U7 (station Rathaus Neukölln, east-west-connection).

The flat itself is totally new and fully furnished. It has one room, a kitchen, bathroom and hall. In the room you have a double-bed, a large and opened wardrobe/shelf-system, a couch + tables and and a smaller shelf; the balcony is connected to this room. In the kitchen you have next to obligatory things like a dining table and oven, stove, sink and refrigerator also a dishwasher. In the bathroom, next to basin and shower cubicle there´s also a washmashine. The hall has a shoe shelf and a large mirror.

The flat is located within the house in the third floor with east/west-direction, having sun in the kitchen in the morning and in the room and balcony in the afternoon/evening. There´s also a lift in the house.

The whole flat is totally new equipped, having been renoved just a short time ago. Within the price of 460 Euros everything is included, Electricity, heating, all further operating costs and the internet-flatrate.
