Situated in a quiet street in the heart of the beautifull ward Neukölln.
Nevertheless several small bars in the neigbourhood offer underground music
and art shows within walking distance.
There is a wide range of grocery stores,supermarkets, bakeries,
little restaurants and diners just around the corner.
Five minutes footwalk from Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld,
the first being Berlin's most beautifull and the latter the town's biggest park,
as well as from the open air bath Columbiabad, it's the perfect summer residency!

Transport:
The next subway station ist just 2 minutes away. The U8 will take you right to or/and through the center of Berlin.
Two stations south is the S-Bahn, with wich you can access the commuter railway ring that encircles the center
or go directly to airport Schönefeld.
