My apartment in Biebricher Strasse is located in a multicultural area of Berlin with long, tree lined, cobblestone streets. It's close to Hasenheide and the former Tempelhof airport, now transformed into a large green space. In addition, you will find plenty of restaurants, eateries, kebab shops, cafes and bars in that area that keeps changing and has, in the recent past, attracted many artists and students for whom other Berlin areas were becoming too "established".
It's close to U 8 and U7 ( between Rathaus Neukölln and Boddinstrasse)
The apartment was fully renovated in 2009 and is located in a quiet street in a period building, which was renovated from the outside in 2012. It is on the 3rd floor (the building has no elevator) and has wooden flooring, a big bathroom and a very small kitchen and a balcony. Wi-fi is available and included in the price as well as cable tv a washingmachine, electricity and gas. I'd like to charge € 450for one, € 550 for two people with a two month rent deposit.
