Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Landwehrkanal und zum Kottbusser Tor, die U-Bahn-Station Schönleinstraße (U6) ist keine 3 min entfernt, zum Hermannplatz sind es zu Fuß 8 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock und geht auf den Hinterhof hinaus, ist also sehr hell und ruhig.
Es gibt ein kleines Schlaf- und ein großes Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer sowie eine komplett eingerichtete Küche.
Leider gibt es keinen Internetanschluss, aber die umliegenden Cafés haben alle kostenloses W-lan.
Die Wohnung steht 5 Wochen insg. für 500 Euro (warm) zur Verfügung, kann aber auch wochenweise zwischengemietet werden (140 Euro/ Woche).
