Ich bin für etwas mehr als zwei Wochen unterwegs und vermiete solange meine gemütliche Wohnung.
Die ist voll möbliert und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht; ein Zimmer mit Hochbett; eine Küche mit Dusche drin und ein kleines Außenklo (privat) im Flur (ja, sowas gibts noch).
Strom gibts von Naturstrom und Internet gibt es auch, ist alles im Preis (120€) mit drin.
Ist auch keine Abzocke, ich verlange nur das, was ich selber für den Zeitraum bezahlen würde.
Nach Absprache gehts evtl. auch früher/später.

Hey!
I'm traveling for a couple of weeks and I'm subletting my flat while I'm away. I'm going next Saturday, so you'd have to be able to come here before.
The apartment is small, but cosy, fully furnished and has everything you need to live. It's a peculiar Berliner Altbau, has high ceilings, wooden floor, one shower in the kitchen and an outside toilet (Not shared). Water, electricity (renewable), heating and Internet is included in the price.
It's close to Hermannplatz in Neukölln, one of the best areas to stay in Berlin (If you ask me).
Vegan/vegetarian people preferred.
Die Lage ist das tollste an der Wohnung: Mitten in der Reuterstr., Zwischen Sonnenallee und Karl-Marx-Straße. Liegt in einem lebendigen Kiez und wenn man nicht zu den Orten will, die man zu Fuß erreicht dann kommt man auch sonst überall recht schnell hin; mit der U7, U8, der M29, M41 und noch einem halben dutzend anderer Busse.
Ich vermiete nur an Leute, die ich diese Woche noch persönlich treffen kann. Eingezogen werden kann dann ab nächster Woche.
Ansonsten ist alles ganz unkompliziert: Einfach schreiben oder anrufen und dann vorbeikommen.
Veganer/Vegetarier bevorzugt.
