I'm subleasing my single room apartment (43 sqm) along the beautiful Landwehrkanal in Neukölln (Maybachufer). There are many nice bars and cafés around the area and close markets to buy food. The flat has one big room with a bed (fits for 2 people), a desk and a small balcony with view over the canal. There is a small bathroom with shower and a kitchen with washing machine, fridge and all you need for cooking. The flat is completely appointed with furniture, electricity and WiFi to use.
