ich will vom 4.Juli 2012 bis zum 15.Juli 2012 meine Wohnung untervermieten, da ich in diesem Zeitraum nicht in Berlin sein werde.
Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr ruhig und liegt im Herzen Neuköllns.
Pro Tag soll die Untermiete (inklusive Nebenkosten) 10 Euro betragen, was insgesamt 120 Euro für 12 Tage ergibt.
Eine im Untermietvertrag festgeschriebene Kaution von 150 Euro muss hinterlegt werden.
Die Wohnung kann nach Absprache besichtigt werden.

I am going to rent my flat from July 4 to July 15, because I won't be in Berlin at this time.
The flat is nice, very quiet and lies in the heart of Berlin.
The rent (all included) is 10 Euro per day which makes the sum of only 120 Euro for 12 days.
An in the contract committed deposit of 150 Euros must be paid.
The flat can be visited.
