Die Wohnung liegt in der Ringbahnstr, 1-2 Min. vom S- und U-Bahnhof Neukoelln entfernt, wo die Ringbahn (S41, S42), S-Bahn (S45, S46), die U7 und verschiedene Busse abfahren. Dort befinden sich auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Real, Rossmann, Aldi, Apotheke, Kiosk mit Postannahme).
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, ein kleineres Durchgangszimmer, was bspw. als Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden kann, und eine offene Küche. Schaut Euch am besten die Bilder an, um einen 1. Eindruck von der Wohnung zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert: Bett, großer PAX-Kleiderschrank, 5x5 Expedit-Regal, großer Schreib- Esstisch, Ledersessel, verschiedene Stühle, Grundausstattung an Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Wasserkocher etc...

ENGLISH: My 1.5 room apartment will be available on 1.8.2012. It is in Ringbahnstr, only 1-2 min from S- and U-Bahn-Station Neukoelln. There you can take the Ringbahn (S41, S42), S-Bahn (S45, S46), the U7 and many busses. There is also a big shopping mall where you can find a big supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy and postal services.
The apartment is fully furnished with a big closet, a bed, a 5x5 Expedit shelf, a big table, a leather armchair, some additional small furniture and dishes. Check the fotos to get a 1st impression.
The rent is 530 Euro flat, it contains the base rent, hot and cold water, and also electricity. Just write me a note, if you are interested in visiting my place, thank you.
