Schöne Einraumwohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo,

ich vermiete für den August meine Einraumwohnung in der Sonnenallee. Sie liegt im SF im 2.OG, ist also nicht vom Lärm der Sonnenallee betroffen und schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, d.h. im Zimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa, einen Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. In der Küche gibt es einen Herd, eine Spüle und einen großen Kühlschrank.
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es leider nicht, aber ein Waschsalon ist zwei Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und ich suche daher auch jemanden, der ruhig und zuverlässig ist.

Die Lage ist super, Weserstraße mit allen Bars und Landwehrkanal sind um die Ecke, Anbindung über den Bus M41, U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße und S-Bahn Sonnenallee.

Hello there,

I'm renting my nice and quiet apartment for the month of August.
Since it's in the right side wing of the house there's no noise from the street and still the location is very central and perfect for being close to the hotspot of Berlin "Kreuzkölln".

The apartment is partly furnished, there's a sofa bed and a cupboard in the room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom of course.

I'm looking for someone who's quiet and knows how to keep the place in a good condition.
