Die Wohnung liegt an der Weserstrasse, innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist die Sonnenallee und Hermannplatz, wo man Supermarkt, bars und alles weitere findet, was Neukölln kulturell und kulinarisch interessant macht. Über die Lohmühlenstraße gelangt man auch so schnell nach Kreuzberg.
Es befindet sich im Hinterhof, 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung voll möbliert und die Küche und das Bad sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Ideal für jemand/Paar die eine kurze Aufenthalt, Besuch sogar zur Zwischenmiete Platz braucht.

The apartment is located at the Weserstrasse close to Sonnenallee and Hermanplatz within a few minutes on foot where you can find bars, supermarkets as well as culturally and culinary interesting places. Kreuzberg is also within easy reach via Lohmühlenstraße.
It is in the backyard, 4th Floor without lift.
I offer the apartment furnished. The room, bath and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Ideally for someone or a couple who visits friends, short Holiday or even needs a place to stay short time.

Die gute Lage sorgt dafür, dass du bequem zu Fuß die schönsten Gegenden erkunden kannst. Hier sind jede Menge Straßen Cafés, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants, Kinos, Theater, Clubs, Bio- und Wochenmärkte. Zum Türkische märkt, zum Treptower Park ist es nur ein entspannter Spaziergang oder mit offentlich Verkehr.
