Im wunderschönen Schillerkiez in Neukölln liegt meine 1-Zimmerwohnung. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, Waschmaschine, großes Bett, Badewanne, Küche, alles ist vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, ideal zum Frühstücken, oder um abends ein Bier zu trinken.
Die Wohnung ist vom 25.8.14 bis zum 31.7.15 frei. Also ein knappes Jahr, wenn ich etwas für kürzer sucht, sagt Bescheid, wir finden eine Lösung. Die Miete von 550.- ist inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, 16MB Internet, Festnetz-Flat-Telefon und der wunderbaren GEZ.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, mit kaum Verkehr. Im Kiez gibt es sowohl alte, eingesessene Kneipen (die "Berliner Eckkneipe") als auch Szenekneipe. Eine leckere Pizzeria ist ein Haus weiter, und das Tempelhofer Feld, der ehemalige Flughafen Tempelhof ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier kann man sich sportlich austoben, grillen, oder Gemüse anbauen.
Die U-Bahn ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Aldi ist genauso weit weg. Desweiteren gibt es Edeka und Kaisers. In 15 Min ist man mit der U-Bahn am Alex, in 6 Min in Kreuzberg. Das quirlige Neukölln, nur ein paar Straßen weiter.
