Beautiful and bright apartment in the heart of Neukolln!

The apartment is one room that serves as a bedroom and living space, perfect for a couple. There is a separate eat-in kitchen that has everything you need. The kitchen is fairly new and very well equipped.

Best of all is a lovely balcony, and since it is situated in the back, not on the street, it is very peaceful - perfect to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening.

Very close to the fantastic Tempelhof park and right off Hermannstrasse, the apartment is close to plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants, but on a quiet side street. The U bahn and S bahn are just a 5 minute walk away. Hermannplatz is a short 5 min ride and Alexanderplatz is only 15 min on the U-bahn.

The apartment comes with fast and reliable WiFi and bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunately there is no washing machine, but there is a wash center around the corner.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, but out there you can smoke as much as you would like.

The apartment is best suited for one or a couple, but there is a couch and the possibility of an air mattress if more space is needed.

Dates are a little bit flexible, and you can take the apartment for less than the 3 weeks I will be away.
