Ich möchte meine Wohnung für 10 Tage untervermieten. Es ist eine typische Altberliner Einraumwohnung im Seitenflügel, mit Dielenfußboden und alten Fenstern. Die Wohnung geht zum Hinterhof hinaus, es ist angenehm ruhig und gibt Morgensonne. Das spezielle an der Wohnung ist, dass die Toilette sich im Hausflur befindet, eine Dusche ist in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.
I would like to rent out my small cozy apartment. It is typically Berlin - wooden floors, old windows, charming atmosphere. It goes out to the backyard, there is sun until the afternoon, and you hear mostly birds singing. Originally Berlin is also that the toilet is in the stairway. You don't have to share it though! There is a shower in the kitchen.
Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fast an der Ecke Karl-Marx-Straße. Zum S- und U-Bahnhof Neukölln ist es ungefähr eine Minute zu Fuß. Ebenso nahe ist es zum schönen Körnerpark und zum Richardplatz, der umgeben ist von Kneipen, Galerien und kleinen Läden.
The house is located in a quiet side street of Karl-Marx-Straße. It is only a one-minute-walk to the S-and U-Bahnhof station Neukölln. The beautiful Körnerpark is just across the street. This part of town has a whole lot of new galleries, bars, shops... there are several vegan places just around the corner, if that is interesting for anyone. And also a bustling Turkish supermarket that is very nice for food shopping.
