Ich bitte meine Wohnung zur Untermiete da ich ungefähr 30 Tage im Ausland arbeite.
Die 1 Zimmer Wohnung ist 45 qm gross und beträgt:
- 1 Wohn/Schlafzimmer circa 25 qm mit zwei grosse Fenster
- 1 Einbauküche circa 15 qm mit Abstellkammer und Balkon
- 1 (kleines) Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken
- 1 Flur.
Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig, ist ein Familienhaus, also perfekt für ein(e)(n) ruhig(e)(n) Student(in).
Die Wohnung ist in einer neben Strasse, 2 Minuten von der S-U Bahn Hermannstrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Bars und Cafés in der Nähe vorhanden.
Der Gesamtpreis für den Zeitraum ist 600 Euro (Kaltmiete inklusiv Betriebskosten, Heizkosten, Internet DSL o2, Hausratversicherung, GEZ Rundfunkgebühr und Strom). Zur Info: Ich mache kein Profit mit der Miete.
Ich liege viel Wert an seriöse und ruhige Interessent(inn)en die kurz eine Bleibe in Berlin haben wollen.

Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am U-und S-Bahnhof Hermannstraße (U8 und Ring Bahn) und in 10 Minuten am U- und S-Bahnhof Neukölln (U7 und Ring Bahn).
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Kaiser's, Netto, Lidl etc. und viele Späti's und Obst - und Gemüseläden.

Ich suche unbedingt eine ruhige und gepflegte Person. Mir ist es wichtig mit meinen Nachbarn zu harmonieren, und da es im Haus junge Kindern, Babys und Behinderte Menschen gibt, ist Ruhe die Voraussetzung. Meine Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, und ich möchte dass sie mit Respekt behandelt wird.
