ich möchte vom 14.5. bis zum 17.5. (eventuell auch ab den 13.5. Abend) meine gemütliche Wohnung untervermieten.
Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und verfügt über eine Küche mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine; ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafsofa + extra Matratze und Schreibtisch und ein kleines Bad mit Wanne und WC.
W-Lan ist auch vorhanden ;)
Meine 35m² Wohnung liegt in Neukölln, Schillerkiez, nur 2 Schritte vom Tempelhofen Freiheit Park entfernt.
Zur nächsten U-Bahn lauft man kaum 10 Minuten zu Fuß (U Leinestraße). Die Hasenheide und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr nah.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem findet man coole Bars und schöne Cafés sowie Burger/Pizza/Waffeln Läden in den nächsten Straßen.
Ich suche nach einer Katzenfreundlichen Person (oder einem Pärchen), denn meine Kater Emil wird euer Mitbewohner sein und braucht auf jeden Fall eure Pflege! (füttern, streicheln, raus/rein gehen lassen) Keine Sorge, es fällt nicht schwer : er ist total lieb!
