Hello everybody !
We're going away for a long weekend and we'd love to find nice, relaxed and respectful people to take over our flat while we're away.
It's a 1 room flat (37m² with entrance - one room - bathroom - kitchen) almost on Hermannplatz. There's a mezzanine (high bed) and a double futon under it, so you can be up to 4 people.
Flat is fully furnished + Internet + washing machine and has big windows and great heaters so you'll have light and will be warm.
Flat is available from Wednesday 26th February (noon) till Saturday 1st March (late afternoon), so 3 nights. Rent is 75€ for the three days, every thing included, so 25€ per night.
We live on Sonnenallee very close to Hermannplatz. Please note that it's a noisy street. But if that doesn't bother you, you'll have a great stay as the flat is ideally situated: it's in this new neighbourhood called Kreuzkölln, between Kreuzberg and Neukölln. We believe it's the best neighbourhood :)
There's unlimited shops, retaurants and bars around, some underground clubs and art galleries, amazing 1,5 € kebabs and the turkish market that is not so far. There's lots of bus, the U-bahn with the U7 and U8, so great public transports.
We speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and a baby German.
We'll be also happy to leave you lots of tips on Berlin and the neighbourhood. Adrien works as a tourist guide and loves to work extra hours ;)
