My beautiful and recently renovated 1-room apartment is located in in the very popular area Kreuzkölln and perfect for two persons who want to discover this vibrant part of Berlin.
The one room apartment is 44 m2 big, with high ceilings, wooden carved doors, huge windows, charming wooden floor, a huge and very well equipped kitchen and a very nice designed bathroom with a bathtub. WiFi is also included.
The sleeping room has a beautiful old tilted stove for decoration and a bed for two persons 180 x 200 m. The kitchen has everything you could need from very important coffee machine to oven, mixer, toaster, dishes, spices – everything is there.
Besides the old Neukölln people here lives a mixture of students, artists and young people, establishing bars, coffee places, book & fashion stores and galleries which makes this area so interesting.
The flat is located just around the corner of Weserstraße, the popular bar street, where you also find cosy cafés, restaurants, second hand stores, and, and, and...
Just a 5 minute walk away is the canal where you can just take a walk or visit the Turkish market witch is two times a week and will provide you with fresh food besides the stuff you can get from one of the many supermarkets close by.
The flat will be completely yours and since I am on holiday for the time my lovely friend will hand you over the keys. Please don't smoke or party in my place, if you destroy it, an 80s pop song will be implemented in your head for the next days automatically.
The price for the flat is 39 euros for the first person and for the second 8 euros, plus 40 Euro cleaning fee. In the best case you want to rent the flat for the complete time that I am on holiday, minimum would be one week, but on the exact dates I am flexible.
