Da ich eine neue job gefunden habe (und veniger geld verdiene) muss ich leider meine wünderschon 1-Zimmer-Wohnung lassen um eine gunstige solution zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist 48 mq groß. Es gibt eine große kuche (wo kann mann konfortabel kuchen und mit vielen leute essen) und eine ganz große schlafraum. Es befindet sich am Erdgeschloss und wurde perfekt für ein paar sein, oder für ein person die viel platz haben will :)
Ich suche nach ein zimmer in WG oder ein günstiger 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (300 euro/monat würde perfekt sein so, ja, WG Zimmer velleicht ist mehr wahrscheinlich zu finden)
Since I have started a new career (and don't earn as much as I did before) I sadly have to leave my wonderful studio, in order to find a cheaper solution.
The flat is 48sqm big. There is a quite big kitchen, where you can confortably cook and eat with friends and a big sleeping room-living room. The flat is on the ground floor (you'll bless it every single time you come back from shopping loaded with bags, I guarantee it) and would be perfect for a couple, or for a single person who wants some space :)
I am swapping it for a room in WG or a cheaper studio (300 euro/month or less would be my ideal budget, so yeah, probably I have more possibilities to find a room in WG xD )
Die wohnung findet sich in Britzer Damm. Offentliche Verkehrsmittle sind in der nahe (2 min zu fuß für bus M44, Hermannplatz in 10 min. mit dem bus, bus M46, Bus 170, U Bahn Blaschkoalle in 10 minuten zu fuß). Die lage ist ziemlich rühig mit viel grün, ein sehr schöne park in Blaschkoalle und Britzer Garten in der nahe. Supermarkt, späti, ein leckere Döner restaurant und viele anderes in der ecke. Gute parkmögligkeit.
The flat is in Britzer Damm. Public transport is reachable in literally 2 minutes (2 min walk for bus M44, Hermannplatz in 10 min. with bus, bus M46, Bus 170, U Bahn Blaschkoalle in 10 minutes walk). The place is totally peaceful, surrounded by green, parks all around (a very nice one next to U Blaschkoallee and the huge Britzer Garten close by). Supermarket, späti, an awesome döner restaurant and more shops are reachable in a eye bat. Good parking possibility.
Ich habe meine möbeln und gerate hier (möbeln, kuhlschrank, waschmaschine und sofort.) Dass können abgeholt werden (aber auch nicht).
Frei ab 1. August aber auch früher.
The apartment is completely furnished (furniture, fridge, washing machine and so on). I can leave you all the furniture you need (price negotiable) or take it all away. Up to you :D Free from August 1st - even before in case
