Hallo,
I am renting a beautiful one-room apartment very close to Weichselplatz near a lovely canal that separates Neukölln and Alt-Treptow. It is very bright (but with curtains) has a balcony, your own kitchen, washing machine, oven/stove, bath/shower, sitting area with couches and armchairs, and some drawers to put your clothes in.
The apartment is located near a lot of good restaurants and bars (Paella, O.T Bar & Projektraum, usw.), there is an organic market on the corner of Weichselstr and Sonnenallee, and there is an adorable coffee/ice-cream shop on the north corner of Weichselstr. The canal nearby is beautiful for boating, a picnic, or walking along with wine.
Please do not bring any pets. You can smoke here, but please use the balcony and ash trays. Otherwise, everything should be ok and I wish you a nice summer experience here. :) The one thing I may ask you to do is to water the plants while I am gone.
If you have any questions and/or want to see the flat, please send me a message. There is a 200 euro deposit, and the rent for 24 days is 500 euros and includes everything.
