ich biete hier meine Wohnung für ein Paar Tage zur Untermiete an.
Bei Interesse sende ich gerne Fotos per Mail.
Es handelt sich um den Rixdorfer Kiez, Schudomastr in 12055 Berlin.
3.OG, sehr hell, große Küche, wie auch Wannenbad.
Es handelt sich um eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung, würde aber das Schlafzimmer abschließen. Ich überlasse dir das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, komplett möbliert wie auch eine Matratze mit Bettzeug.
Sehr schönes Zimmer, große Couch, Schreibtisch, Fernseher.. alles drin.
Bei Interesse kurz eine Mail, dann schicke ich auch gerne Bilder oder einen Termin machen zum Anschauen.
Von der Wohnung sind es drei Gehminuten bis zum S Sonnenallee (Ringbahn), 8 Gehminuten bis U Karl Marx (U7) wie 3 Min Fußweg zum Bus M41 wie 171.
Das Haus hat nette Bewohner, vor allem viele junge Leute und WGs.
Direkt um die Ecke um Richardplatz, viele Bars sind fußläufig.
