Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln, hat 1,5 Zimmer, ca 46 qm, eine geräumige Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch, ein kleines Duschbad, einen recht großen Südbalkon mit freiem Blick nach Britz. Sie ist sehr hell (Fenster auf beiden Seiten), 50 m vom Körnerpark entfernt, direkt am S-Bahnhof Neukölln und trotzdem total ruhig, 10 min zu Fuß zum Tempelhofer Feld. Es ist alles drin: WaMa, Wlan, TV, Telefonflat, eine ziemlich große Bibliothek... Die Wohnküche ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Die Kosten sind rund 470 Euro inklusive allem.
Die Whg könnte je nach Wunsch (teil)möbliert bleiben.
