aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes möchte ich meine kleine feine Wohnung für die restlichen zwei Sommermonate untervermieten. Sie ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum guten Leben braucht!
Voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Wasch-, Spül-, Kaffee- und Espressomaschine, Tisch mit Stühlen, Toaster, Wäscheständer und Küchengeräten.
Badezimmer mit WC, Spiegel, Fenster, Badewanne mit Duschkopf.
Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40x2.00m Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Fernseher und PlayStation.
Während eurer Mietdauer werden sich noch zahlreiche Dinge von mir in der Wohnung befinden. Im Wohn/Schlafzimmer können zwei kleine Ikea Expedit Regale sowie zwei Fächer des Kleiderschranks eingeräumt werden; im Badezimmer gibts Platz im Badregal.
Im Hinterhof befinden sich Bänke und Fahrradständer. :)

due to staying abroad, I'm offering my 1 bedroom apartment for the last two summer months. It's fully furnished and contains everything you need for a comfortable living.
Built-in kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machines, table and chairs, toaster, drying rack, cutlery, dishes, kitchen equipment.
Bathroom with toilet, mirror, bathtub and shower head.
Living room with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, desk, dresser, television and playstation.
I will be leaving some of my stuff behind during the time you're renting the apartment. You will be able to store your clothes in two little cube shelves as well as in two wardrobe shelves. There is room in the bathroom shelf.
You can find benches and bicycle racks in the backyard. :)
Die sanierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage bekommt man vom Lärm der geschäftigen Karl-Marx-Straße nichts mit.
Anbindung:
In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die U7 (U Karl-Marx-Straße), die euch in die Innenstadt oder eine Station zur Ringbahn bringt. Desweiteren gibts Busse nach Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Treptower Park, und für die ganz gemütlichen sogar zum Potsdamer Platz und zum Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufen:
Gleich um die Ecke gibts Lidl, Rewe, Aldi und ein paar arabische Lebensmittelgeschäfte. In den 10 Minuten entfernten Neukölln Arcaden kann bei Kaufland, MediaMarkt und zahlreichen Klamottenläden geshoppt werden.
Freizeit:
Fünf Kinos befinden sich in Laufweite - darunter das Passage Kino samt Neuköllner Oper direkt vor der Tür. 2 Minuten in die andere Richtung befindet sich das Stadtbad Neukölln. Die gesamte Umgebung ist voll mit Restaurants, Cafés, Imbissen, Spätis und Bars. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man innerhalb von 10 Minuten das Tempelhofer Feld oder die Hasenheide.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor with view to the backyard, which makes it super quiet. You will hear no noise from the vivid Karl-Marx-Straße outside.
Connections:
You can reach the U7 in few minutes (U Karl-Marx-Straße), which takes you to the city center or just one station to the Ringbahn. In addition, there are buses going to Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Treptower Park, and - for unhurried people - even to Potsdamer Platz and Hauptbahnhof.
Shopping:
European and arabic supermarkets directly around the corner. The Neukölln Arcaden with Kaufland, MediaMarkt and clothing stores are just 10 minutes away.
Recreation:
Five cinemas are in walking distance, among which the Passage Kino along with the Neukölln Opera is literally in front of the door. Two minutes in the opposite direction is the Stadtbad Neukölln with swimming pool and sauna. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, takeaways and bars in the area. Parks like the Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are in 10 minute distance by bike.
