the flat is where Kreuberg and Neukölln meet, with plenty of bars, eateries, supermarkets around. It s quiet, with nice neighbours, the sun comes from the west. It s right on the canal , the view comprises the courtyard with a tree and birds. The neighbours are young, international and friendly, you can use the garden-courtyard. The shower is in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt am Kanal unweit vom Kottbusser Damm, U-Bahn un Supermärkte sind 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel, daher ist es angenehm ruhig und man bekommt aufgrund der Westlage nachmittags Sonne. Die Dusche ist als sog. Berliner Dusche in der Küche, die Toilette eine halbe Treppe tiefer. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Der gartenartige Hinterhof ist mitbenutzbar und bekommt ab vormittag viel Sonne. Die Nachbarn sind jung und freundlich.
It s a 3 minutes walk from metro, U-bahn Schönleinstr. and 10 minutes from Kottbusser Tor, right on the canal, with a lovely little backyard. On Tuesdays and Fridays there s the popular Turkish market just in front of the door. Cheap supermarkets are in 5minutes walking distance. The neighbours are friendly, young international and most of them involved with art.
the flat is near the Turkish Market, 5 minutes to the next bar, eatery, supermarket. It s quiet, with friendly, mostly young, international neighbours. The shower is in the kitchen, cold water, you have to heat up separately or go to the gym (2 weeks for free) around the corner. The private toilette/WC is 5steps down.
there s a nice courtyard where you can sit and have an open view. The view of the flat faces the courtyard with a tree. You get the sun from the west.
