We are a young couple with a little baby and we are looking for nice people that would like to rent our cosy, bright and calm flat between 1. of january and 10. of march in Berlin Neukölln.
The flat is about 69 qm with 2 rooms of the same size, a big kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine
From all windows you look into a big garden. Inside you won t notice the bis street. But you would have supermarkets and restaurants right infront of the door.
The Tempelhof (former airpot) is 15 minutes by foot, the Körnerpark 10. There is a ice skating 10 minutes away as well
We have a dishwasher, nice neighbours and an E piano:-)
The S/U station Hermannstrasse (Ringbahn) is about hundred meters away. You are able to reach everywhere pretty fast.
Our rent all incl. ( Internetflat as well) is 800 Euro per month. We are happy to hear from you!

Wir sind ein junges Paar mit einem kleinen Baby und suchen für den Zeitraum 1.Januar bis 10. März nette Zwischenmieter für unsere gemütliche helle und ruhige Zweizimmerwohnung in Berlin Neukölln.
Die Wohnung hat 69 qm, 2 gleichgroße Räume und eine große Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Wannenbad und Waschmaschine.
Von allen Fenstern schaut ihr in einen großen Garten.
Von der Hauptstrasse bekommt ihr im Hinterhaus nichts mit, dafür sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tur. Der Tempelhof ist 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, der Körnerpark 10.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, nette Nachbarn im Haus, ein Klavier:-)
Die S/U Hermannstr. (Ringbahn) ist ca 100 Meter entfernt.Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell überall!
Unsere Miete insg. incl. Internetflat beträgt 800 Euro pro Monat.
