Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung ist 55m² groß und verfügt über 2 Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bett. Eines der Zimmer hat einen sehr großen nach Süden gerichteten Balkon und bekommt sehr viel Licht. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Esstisch, einen Fernseher, auch mit ein paar internationalen Sendern, und einen Arbeitsplatz.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und bietet sich an um den Blick gen Himmel und über die Berliner Dächer schweifen zu lassen.
Das Haus wurde nach dem 2. Weltkrieg im Rahmen des Berliner Wiederaufbau-Programms gebaut.
Die Betten werden frisch bezogen sein und ich stelle auch Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo und Duschgel bereit.
In der Küche sind die wichtigsten Produkte zum Kochen vorhanden - Spülmittel, Handtücher, Töpfe, Geschirr, Gewürze etc.

Clean, cozy and sunny apartment with view over Berlin rooftops + walking distance to Tempelhofer Feld:
This is a sunny and cozy 55m² apartment with 2 rooms with one bed each.
One of the rooms has a very big south-facing balcony, so it gets a lot of sunlight. There is also a dining table, a tv with a few international channels and a desk in the apartment (the desk is an antique from the 1920s).
The apartment is on the 5th floor and offers a view at the sky and over the Berlin rooftops. The house was built after world war 2 in the context of the reconstruction program of the city.
I will provide sheets, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. In the kitchen you will also find essential things for cooking like dish soap, towels, pots, dishes, spices, etc.
Neukölln ist das multikulturellste, geschäftigste und seit Jahren eines der aufstrebendsten Viertel in Berlin und es haben viele Cafés und Gallerien hier eröffnet. Ich werde euch bei eurer Anreise eine Liste mit Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten überlassen.
Das historische Flughafengelände auf dem Tempelhofer Feld ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Kaiser's, Aldi, Netto, türkische und arabische Geschäfte).
Der S+U Bhf. Hermannstraße ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort kommt man überall leicht und schnell hin. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle gegenüber vom Haus.

Neukölln is the most multicultural, diverse, busy and up-and-coming district in Berlin and there have been a lot of galleries and cafés popping up in the last few years. I will leave you a list with things to do around here when you arrive.
The former airport, the historic Tempelhofer Feld/park, is only a 10 minute walk away.
There are lots of options for grocery shopping around here since several supermarkets (Aldi, Kaiser’s, Netto, and Turkish and Arab food stores) are close by.
S+U Hermannstraße (station where subway und suburban train lines stop) is a 5 minute walk away. From there it is easy and fast to get to other parts of the city. There is also a bus stop across from the house.
