The apartment is on the second floor, in the courtyard. It is bright, quiet and it is composed of three rooms: kitchen (fully furnished), bathroom (with shower) and the living room/bedroom + a corridor with clothes hangers and shoe cupboard.
In the kitchen you will find a washing machine, two electric ovens and all the basic equipments you need for the daily living.
The bathroom provides you a comfortable shower and a small cabinet where keep your toilette needs.
The living room is the real soul of the flat! It is fully furnished for a complete relaxing or to have some guests for a coffee. There are three sofas (one sofa bed and two for reading), two tables (one for the studio and one for the coffee), carpet, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a comfortable loft bed.
The flat is located right in the centre of the Schillerkiez, one of the Berlin’s trendiest neighbourhood.
It is right in front of Tempelhofer Feld (the beach of Berlin ;) ) and all around the area you will find many typical bars, cafés and delicious restaurants.
The closest ubahn station is Leinestrasse (U8) and it is 2 min far by walk.
Also the sbahn is pretty close because the station of Hermmanstrasse is just one ubahn stop far away.
I need to leave Berlin until the half of May because of a project I'm part of. I would love to give my special little flat to someone that needs a good place to stay also if it is just for a month. By the way the dates are 2/3 days flexible.
