I'm renting my lovely apartment in Neukölln 62m2 for one week or per night. As you can see on the pictures, there is a big living+bedroom and a separate bathroom and cosy kitchen.
Its a nonsmooking flat and you can stay in here with max. 2 people.
The flat is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. You can reach "Schiller-Kiez" in about 5 minutes and its close to Tempelhofer Feld. Also Kreuzberg, Mitte and Friedrichshain are super easy to reach.
U+S-Bahn Hermannstraße and U-Bahn Leinestraße are very close.
The Price is 300€ for a week or 50 € per night. Deposit 200€.

ich vermiete meine schöne Altbauwohnung (NR) wochenweise für 300 € oder tageweise für 50 €.
Ihr könnt dort alleine oder zu zweit übernachten und mit der fünf Minuten entfernten U+S Bahn (Hermannstraße oder Leinestraße) überall in Berlin (xKölln, F-hain, Mitte) schnell sein. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist um die Ecke und ansnonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung kostest 300€ für eine Woche oder 50€ pro Nacht. Kaution 200€.

Die Wohnung liegt südlich vom Schillerkiez und hier könnt ihr ausgehen und gut essen in etlichen Bars und Restaurants. Der schöne Körnerpark ist ebenfalls nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und die Anbindung ist insgesamt sehr gut. Bis zur U8 Leinestraße und S+U Bahn Hermannstraße sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
